Pursuant to Directive (EU) 2019/1937 implemented in Italy by Legislative Decree March 10, 2023, no. 24

The Landi Renzo Group provides a dedicated IT platform (the “reporting channel”) that provides:

• The possibility of making a Report in written form by filling out the appropriate forms;
• The ability to make a Report in oral form by making use of a voice messaging system.
