                              • Actively collaborates with Head of Service and other company functions in proposing and defining new Service Level Agreements to be implemented in the product portfolio.<\/li>\n

                              • In collaboration with the Quality department, it ensures the correct and timely transfer of quality claims received from the customer.<\/li>\n
                              • Management of service contracts, ensuring compliance with the contractual conditions of sale, managing, in collaboration with the Service area, the correct planning of interventions and Spare-Parts procurement and ensuring that the necessary information is provided for the correct invoicing of services.<\/li>\n
                              • He is responsible for preparing Service offers for all customers (strategic and non-strategic), in accordance with company directives.<\/li>\n
                              • In collaboration with the Sales area, defines the price level and the methods of proposing the offer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                    • Analysis and monitoring of the spare parts sales order portfolio via MRP, support to the planning team in the RdA issuing activity for the purchase of materials, semi-finished products and subcontracting in accordance with internal and external LTs<\/li>\n
